We’re looking for passionate, reliable individuals who care about film, community, and access. No prior experience is necessary—just a willingness to pitch in, learn, and collaborate.
Volunteering with CREATE48 is also a great way to meet filmmakers, build your network, and gain experience in festival operations, event production, and creative programming. We offer flexible roles based on your interests and availability.
