Kirk Nordenstrom
A filmmaker and community organizer with over 25 years in the industry, Kirk leads CREATE48’s mission to empower creatives through events, mentorship, and workforce development. He’s produced dozens of 48HFP competitions and champions access for underrepresented filmmakers.

Kris Flink
Kris brings years of large-scale event production and creative leadership to CREATE48. She’s the logistical backbone behind our programs, managing operations, partnerships, and team support with fierce dedication to equity, storytelling, and sustainable creative careers.
